The production procedure

We also use 3D-coordinate-welding- and straintables in different sizes for the construction of table racks and frame racks as well as welding turntables. The 3-D-straintable is one of the many tools at HEIVOCROSS that is necessary to manufacture the daily recurring special constructions.

We are able to manufacture framework racks with exactly the same measurements from the first prototype until the hundreth serial item, because of the the clamping accuracy of the straintables.

HEIVOCROSS processes stainless steel sheet metals within the fine range of 0.8 mm to 2.0 mm with their sheet metal processing machinery. Aluminum is processed from 0.8 mm to 5.0 mm on a length of 2,000 mm (2,500 mm in the near future).

Stamping and nippeling of aluminum sheet metal is possible up to a fine range of 5.0 mm, and in stainless steel up to 2.0 mm. Form-holes and various shapes such as louvers, threads etc. do not represent a problem.

HEIVOCROSS produce edged and straight sheet metal, as well as stainless steel and aluminium sheet metal parts.

Moreover the company also produces special constructions and welded constructions made of profile-, sheeted and bar materials, as well as delivery parts such as angles, holding parts and sheet metal covers accoding to special requirements.
